Dillards makes their employees work on Sunday for 1 hour if they don't open a credit card account that week for someone. Even if it is the employee's day off they have to come in for 1 hour. This interferes with worship services, costs the employee gas, and they are only paid for the one hour they go in. This must be illegal. Anyone out there that can advise?
