In 1997 Timothy Mark Means ran out on his three children. One son has Down Syndrome he does not want to see him because he says he is affraid that our son will flip out on him!
When he left he did not pay any of the bills he left those to me thousands of dollors worth. He has rarely paid child support and he has never provided medical support.
He has not seen the boys in eight years. He has never sent them a birthday card or gift and he moved out of state. He also has warrents out for his arrest in Pennsylvania.
He also has unprotected sex and he is carrying the Human Papaloma Virus. He is a child abuser as well thats why he won't see the boys because there is a court order that the visitations be supervised.
He currently owes his boys $14,000.00
