I gave them $5 for a laptop back 2 years ago with a promise of a laptop. The company went belly up but was revived a few months later, so I got back in with the new company free of charge. I have been patiently and dilligently going to the website almost every day to get my points to get my laptop, and last week I got my 210 points to get the laptop. I clicked the cash in my points button and got a tracking #. When I try to track the package, I type in my tracking # & press the track button, then nothing. It doesn't go anywhere. Just refreshes the screen. I have e-mailed them just about every day now, but still no luck. No responses, nothing. I can't find any other contact info but a online e-mail form. If I hear anything from them soon (hopefully) I'll update this post, but for now, don't waste your time.
