Like many of you I ordered the Lazer Storm vacuum during the commercial. It seemed like a cheap but high-performance vacuum. So I order it and the lady on the phone asks me if I want everything that comes with it and tells me about the extra shipping costs and I tell her which I want and that I want express shipment.
Looking back at it now, I can remember a sort of giddy laughter in her voice whenever I addded more to the total cost. No doubt she knew what was in store for me. Makes me sick to think about it.
Well, a few days after I ordered, my credit card was billed $135 and that was on March 23rd; much like some other complaints I've heard. Almost as if they took all the money at once and then ran for the hills. I wouldn't put that past them.
So here I am, it is May now. No email, no phone calls, no nothing. At the very least I want my vacuum or money refunded. But having this company crumble to the ground and the people responsible ending up on the streets would be much sweeter.
