Premiere Movie Pass And Call One Unlimited
Ripoff sent charges to my account that were not authorized I got charged for NSF fees

In late March I was called in March about a "special Offer" to recieve a movie pass package and call one unlimited calling service. I was led to believe that i would only be charged 3.95. Afterwhich I could decline the offer and nothing would be chared to my account until after I agreed to the offer. I gave my bank account information - never do this!

I was then going to be rocorded on the phone, I could hardley understan what they were saying, but I heard about some 99.00 charges and so forth, at this time i refused the draft when asked. I was then clicked back over to the caller. She tried to get me to accept and i didnt. Fter getting her supervisor and my third refusal, I hung up.

For the next week or so i was called constantly. I finally answered the phone due to frustration that following saturday morning. I heard the same things again and still refused the bank draft and said clearley that I didnt want to accept the offer and hung up.

April 19, I noticed two insufficient funds fees charged to my account. I knew I hadnt made any purchases so I called the bank immediately to find out who they were for, because the charges didnt show up as having any title just an item number. April 26, the bank said that I had been charged for Premiere Pass and Call One unlimited. I hadnt talked with anyone about the call one. They didnt get the 3.95, but I was charged bank fee for something I hadnt ordered. I called the numbers she gave me and I called to cancel the acct. And make sure no other charges would incur. I was told nothing else would come out of my acct.

April28, I was charged two more foee for the same things. I visited the bank and we called them to see what was going on. We were not given any valid respone after about three hours of dispute. I am now trying to find out how to get in touch with their bank to get these charges refunded. I was charged NSF fees sure, but this would not have happened if I was not being charged wrongfully for something I didnt want in te first place.
