World Voice inc, didn't order but getting charged ripoff

Didn't order pager or cell phone and are getting charged 49.90 19.99 ea month to my phone bill, Phone company took it off my bill and are charging it to them World Voice Inc directly. I also filed with the Better Business Bureau.
