For the past few months i have noticed a charge on my phone bill from world voice link for $19.95 plus tax for a service that i nor my wife have ordered due to the fact that any new services reguire our signature. I have contacted my phone company and the billing company for world voice link which is ild and they both said that i have to contact world voice link to resolve my problem. I have time and time again tried to call them but all i get is a recording saying that their customer service agents are busy and have been on hold for some times over eight hours. I have also tried non-stop around to clock to contact them but with no success. I am tired of being charged for something that i did not order and i feel that i am being ripped off and if it is happening to me it is happening to others. I told my phone company that i refuse to pay that amount to them. It is unfair and something needs to be done about it.
