I had purchase a bathroom scale from Questgale for $36.49. When it arrived it was broken, I contacted Kelvin at Questgale and he said to sent the scale back and he would refund me the $36.49 plus the $14.50 that it cost me to send it back. This total was $50.99. I sent the scale back on February 4th with a Delivery Confirmation report. I recevied notice on February 7th that Kelvin at Questgale received the item back. It is now February 21st and I have not received my money back.
