Times are hard and we often as consultants find ourself taking postions we normally would not take and put up with things we normally would not put up with. I have worked for Middletech and Kelvin Scott, with detailed contracts in place with terms. This paperwork means nothing to Kelvin Scott, the first monies due from kelving for consulting preformed for one of his clients was several months late, in inquiered several times and then finally received a short pay first month.
I went on for another few months with no catch up on the pay so I told Kelvin either pay up to date or im done. He satisfied my requst partially enough to keep me working. Several more months go by and no pay we are behind on pay 3 months now. Final solution we parted ways and I parted with over 3 months salary for consulting where Kelvin Scott received payment form his client for my work but I did not receive anything from Middletech.
I worked with 3 other individuals that were at the top of their game, I checked back with them 14 months later and he did the same thing to all of them and he still owes them money. They worked for over 10 months and received only $5,000 Kelvin shorted them over $120k each.
I dont know how people like Kelvin Scott call themselves a Christian and can sleep at night
