TigerDirect Soyo
Does NOT give rebates Owe me $100 calls & letters don't help Ripoff

I bought a Soyo SY-A22BO kit, with TWO rebates, #1350 $75, and and #1314 for $25 That was JULY 30. I mailed them in Aug 4. On the phone, and on their site, SOYO said the $75 one had been approved. I have received nothing. Today is Feb. 14.

I have written 4 letters to TigerDirect, the last one was Certified, so they signed for it.

Soyo seems to have a caller ID which routes my phone number to voice mail, even during their business hours.

I would LOVE to be part of a class action law suit to sew both of these comanies, TigerDirect for false advertizing, and Soyo for not honoring their own rebates.

I have filed this with the Better Business B. Of Los Angeles, and with another California state agency.
