Jan 3rd ordered Soyo motherboard combo from TigerDirect with a rebate of $70 on the bundle-sent in rebate 2 weeks later
April 4th ordered another Soyo motherboard combo thru TigerDirect with a rebate of $50-sent in rebate forms 10 days later
May 19th inquired to Soyo Group's rebate center and found NOTHING was in the system for rebates on either dates nor had my name in computers for future sending of rebates.
Contacted Soyo-told tough luck. Contacted TigerDirect and recieved a hassle for several weeks.
FILED A COMPLAINT with the BBB of SE Florida and the rep there got TigerDirect to credit my card for the $120 under "customer satisfaction" category on June 16th
Very poor customer relations from Soyo Group and from my serfing the web, I'm not the only one who was scammed with the bogus rebate offer.
