Well, My story starts about 2 years ago.in the beginning I liked going there. I even bragged to my sister that I finally found a good place to get hair cuts. I even liked the salon so much for my 36th Bday I treated my self and my sister to cut and highlights. Our trip lasted four hours and girl who did my hair was fresh out of school (young black girl) this will make sense later. She offered no help with picking color only stood there looking at me. Once we finally got underway I had blobs of color on my clothes and blobs/clumps of color throughout the bottom of my hair that wasn't being colored, which my sister had to wipe off. I ended up with a 2 inch gap in front of my hair where the girl DIDN'T do the foil close enough. It was very noticable. I was pissed! I had to go back 2 times to have it fixed oh. And yeah I was charged full price for my 4 hour disaster! I never went back until today.
Today, Feb 1st Jacksonville NC, Yopp road location was busy but I had time so I decided to try again first the UNFRIENDLY pissy receptionist had no interest in her job. I needed a cut and eyebrow wax. No problem I waited. Well turns out the same girl was there and called my name I was next. I said no sorry but I'll wait for the next person. They both looked at me rolled there eyes. Now I have no doubt in my mind they think I'm a racist. So the next girl calls my name, the receptionist and her whisper, talk in low voices and and then guess what she can't help me. Claiming she has 2 customers that went to wal mart if its ok I wait for the next hair stlyist. WOW! How obvious was that! I was going to explain then I thought about it... No! I don't have to explain anything its my head, my hair. Well I finally get my hair cut but the looks I got the nasty stares. Really people! Come on. I had a lot of anxiaty and could wait to get the hell out of there. Rude.
