Rude Condescending Staff Outside Sales, Blame Shifting, Poor Management

Any time that I have had to work with anybody other than the sales staff. I have been left with a truly bad taste in my mouth. They are rude and condescending. They will always shift the blame on to thing else. They never take ownership of there bad management
