I went to fantastic sams about a month ago and had a horrible experience, but let me tell you I posted about it on this website and immediately I had the district manger to call Maria. She was awesome she told me sorry about a hundred times. Maria thanks for what you done for me. She immediately called the store manger of Fantastic Sams in Smithfield, NC and spoke to Mrs. Sandy for me. Mrs Sandy agreed to fix my hair for free. Mrs Sandy and Maria made arrangements for me to come in and see Mrs Sandy about her fixing my hair. Mrs Sandy put white and red highlights in my hair and she done a wonderful job. I was amazed everyone in there was really nice to every customer and every customer that went in there when they came out they looked totally different (well you know I mean). All the girls in there done a really wonderful job with people's hair today. I don't think that their is person in there I probably wouldn't let do my hair she has a really good looking team in their now, of course I am going to stick with Mrs. Sandy b/c she done such a fantastic job with my hair and in 6 weeks were going to color the underneath a dark auburn color and then put dark auburn color highlights in it, I think it will look even cooler than it does now when she gets done with everything she is going to do with it.
