My experince today at sears dental was the most rudest experince i have ever had in any dental setting. The dentist was yelling at me about missing my appointment when i did not miss my appointment i had to reschedule my appointment because of work. They keep making mistakes and blame me for it. I spoke with their supervisor and she apologized but the rest of the staff was mean and rude including the dentist herself. I have been waiting for a parital for months now. A couple of years ago they had a great team, but one day i turned around and they were gone and replaced by these rude people. I could only hope for a better team of professionals. I do not reccomend sears dental to anyone.
