On every occasion I have shopped in the Fabric Department at Walmart on the Southside of Paducah. I have not found one or any employees working this department. Each time I walk the isles of this department finding no one then walking to the front of the store to ask customer service to call someone to help me in this department. On all occasions I have to (for a second or third time) once again go ask for assistance. Today was the last straw. I NEVER file complaints because I know how hard it is to work with the public and the minimal pay most employees receive. PLEASE, can Walmart not hire someone full-time to work in this department?
On another note, the young man (a Walmart worker) that happened to be passing by asked if he could help me. I explained my situation and he was more than happy to stop what he was doing and help me. This was not his department but he was so courteous and friendly that it made me fell a little better. His name is James and it would be nice if someone in management would acknowledge him for this.
Please Walmart the Southside Walmart in Paducah needs help:)
