We love to shop at Walmart, but as time goes by it seems that Walmart has a problem with a lot of it's products. Mabe it's because the products they buy are of sub-standard quaility. We really want to thank Walmart for trying to bring us good bargains, but in turn the customer suffers the consquences.
I went to Walmart and asked for a new set of tires for my car. The service department said no problem. After the service department removed my tires from my car and also removed my tires from the rims, I was informed that they only had three tires of the brand I wanted and left me no choice but to have the three new ones put on. Then six months later I finally had Walmart replace the tire that had not been replaced before, but couldn't get the same type tire as the ones I had purchased six months eariler because Walmart had discontinued that brand.
So I had them replace the odd tire with another brand. Then I was told after the service department had rotated my tires that whoever had worked on the tires before had stripped out a lug nut and had done a sloppy job.
I informed the service department that they had done the work on my car. Walmart didn't offer to fix the part, so I guess that means that will cost me extra for going to Walmart. Linda
