This letter is not only to express my views and feelings towards Sunline Auto for their unfairness of business and overpriced quotes but also as a Veteran of the United States Army, who suffers from Major Depression.
Sunline Auto has had my vehicle, a 2006 Chrysler 300C Hemi since 11/15, they were supposed to do a complete paint job and tint on the vehicle according to Massachusetts 35% tint law.
I filed a claim with my insurance company 0n 11/12 for vandalism, they have paid Sunline Auto 4465.00 for the repairs of my vehicle along with a 600.00 deductible in cash from myself.
It's now 12/30 and my vehicle still isn't completed and the overage for the rental with enterprise in Patchogue is at 1057.66 which Sunline agreed to pay.
I'm requesting in addition to the rental overage with enterprise, that I be compensated for my depression, mental anguish and incompetence of Sunline Auto.
I have also filed a claim with BBB and NYS Attorney General's Office.
