Back in april I moved into my apt for my lights in my name the rep on the phone place the account on hold I didn't find out my account was on hold until I went to my rental office and then I made a phone call to dominion va power in sept to let them no it was their error on my account they told me they would back date to the day I moved in and gave me a new account number and told me I would be set up on a payment arrangement because of how large the amount would be my first time reccieving that bill was in october and that bill was $600 and some odd dollars I called themu on today and asked them why wasn't I setup on my budget plan and why did I have a cutoff call and she said because of the outstanding amount I advised her that I wasntwasn't notified that I had to call in for a budget plan and she said there was nothing she could do this was yall error not mine so I feel as if something should be done if not I will be contacting wavy tv 10 behind this. And also the better business bureau im am beyond pissed when I have kids also living in my home also I had received assistance from social services but because of the account issue my money wasnt applied to my bill this is beyond bad business my contact info is 7576609149 my name is trinice grant and my email is [email protected]
