Could not open HP

I have bought HP products for many years, never had any trouble until now, I bought a bottle of HP org steak sauce and for the life of me I could not get the cardboard cover off the top and finished throwing the dam thing away, I bought another one and it is fine, I am 77yrs of age but I can still get a bottle open, so I thought you should know, I buy all my stuff from Walmart, in Hamilton Ont
