I had a pre paid account. I paid 67 and I forgot they raised insurance so bill is 68. They would not take a dollar. Only in 10s. I closed my account for bad customer service at that store for yrs. I phone stopped working and they checked it out and said it was the battery. Well it wasnt. I wasted more money because of them not taking the time to figure it out. Everyone one there seems they need training. Anyways I closed my account and the 9 credit I have they will not give back. They will take my money when they are owed but when they owe u they dont. I consider this stealing. I also think they should refund money I spent on battery just because they assumed and did not do their job properly. Exact words was I needed a battery. I would like the money they owe me and also hoping people see this so rhey dont get duped by this store ethier. Rhe manager dodges my calls and had his workers relay his message
