Debited Account despite cancelled subscription

I subscribed to INH's (NATURAL HEALTH DOSSIER) health publications but notified them to unsubcribe me and not debit my account. As they had my particulars they went ahead and debited my account but stopped sending me the normal reports.

This was done despite me unsubsribing both through their website and on e-mails received. I am very concerned about how they operate.
