No one knows a thing

I ordered a package online on the 29th of September that was shipped via DHL Global mail from Idaho USA to Cape Town South Africa. No one can tell me exactly where my package is. I get a vague response that it's at customs, but no one can say exactly where. All I want to know is if I can expect my parcel in MY lifetime. If not, I'll make provision for it in my will. All I want is for someone to give me an answer that's a tad more specific than "it's somewhere and you'll get it some time from someone". R 500 is not a lot of money, so I understand why no one as much as sneezes at my case, but it's MY R 500 and I've worked days, nights, weekends and public holidays for it.
