I ordered a parcel from an online store in late February, on the 21st February the package was picked up by DHL and shipped to there mail facility in Secaucus, NJ. That is where it has been sitting to this day according to the online tracking details. After numerous attempts trying to get a hold of somebody, I finally manage to get in contact with a person, who then tells me they don't know where my package is as it was shipped out via non-trackable methods.
How can an international package be shipped and not tracked? It's been almost a month and nobody has a clue as to where it is.
Any future purchases I make online will be done through a site that does not use DHL as their courier company
