My sister shipped a package on Friday and paid $150 in the hope that it will arrive in South Africa on Monday. She gave me the traccking number in order for me to track it as it was very urgent. Its 5 days later and the package has not arrived. I went on their website to track it and it indicates that it was scanned for departure in Germany since the 21 Dec and according to them it is scheduled to arrive the latest date being 23 Dec. Its the eve of xmas and the package still hasn't arrived in South Africa. I called the Johannesburg branch and they tell me that it will only be delivered on Friday 27 Dec. These people have no idea that this delay has cost me over R18000 and they simply don't care!!!
