I am super pissed - — I ordered flowers 11/30 for guaranteed same day delivery to a funeral home and they were never delivered! I placed the order at 10:30 in the morning and provided all information, including telephone number in case they needed to reach me about my order... At 7:00 that evening I checked my email and found they had sent a msg at 4:30 pm, stating "they had been working very hard to fulfill my order... But needed additional information and to please call or reply as soon as possible..." - - I did - numerous times, to no avail!
Never was able to speak to a human being, never received any responses from email, never should have had any questions for me in the first place, and if so, then why not call??? Their order form says "Please provide a phone number where we can reach you in case we have questions regarding your order" - - - SO PISSED!!!
4 days later, still no responses, and the payment has cleared from my checking account... Do not order!!! Fraud fraud fraud!!!
