There was a mistake in booking one of two flights. I called and they said there would be a $150 change fee and double the amount of points. The rep said he would waive the change fee. I put another family member on the phone and he said the same thing. He made me wait while he documented it. I said that we would call back to make the change.
When i called back, the supervisor said there was no record of the first call and they would not waive the fee.
This such poor customer service! They misrepresented themselves, have extremely long waits to speak to a person, the supervisors have no judgement and they won't forward you to a manager???
