Emirates airlines' website doesn't work for changing the booking dates. It constantly errors out. After trying for a week or so, I was on a phone call with the customer support agent.
They just pushed me around and made me send screen shots of the error and finally didn't help me out with what I wanted.
Can't an airlines of this size invest a bit more in quality controlling their website? How about getting a free quality assurance from the customer... Oh wait... They also make their customers pay a lot
The information in their website regarding the change fee was also misleading.instead of the 50$ change fee published in the web page, they informed that the change fee was 200$ and on top of it I have to pay another 400$ making it to a total of 600$
This is just Ridiculous and I am so pissed off that the airlines of this caliber cannot take care of their customers a bit
