Wrong iems

I purchased two wrist bracelets but received a completely different ones, firstly the product isn't original as the seller was selling, secondly it is wrong design, meaning not the same as the picture was. I send numerous emails to the seller regarding a wrong items i have received and asked how to returned them and to get a refund but the seller was ignoring my complainsPlease help to receive a refund. Thank you
