Jake C purchased product on Amazon from this person. Sent wrong item which i shipped back. This person failed to ship corrected item or refund my money. Non responsive

Ordered a dvd from this person via amazon. Received the wrong product which I shipped back. Seller claimed that they corrected the issue and shipped correct item. Never received it. Asked for a refund and no reply from seller. Seller is non responsive. Took my money and will not send correct product or refund my money
