I was told that my iPhone 5 would be replaced because it would not work and it was less than a year old. They kept my phone for a week and I never heard from them. When I called to find out what was going on I was told by a supervisor that they didn't know what the hold up was and they would make sure I received a new phone the following day. Three days later I finally received a phone but it was my old phone. I had to call them and leave messages for a week before I finally received a call back. The supervisor told me he never told me anything like this and he laughed at me numerous times. So now I'm stuck with a phone that sometimes works. I'm done with Apple products.
