I have a contract with Service America for a year where I pay close to 600 for the year and they will fix appliances plumbing and electric problems.
My A/C is old and my tenant complained that the unit is not working right so they said that the will change only one part and I'll have to pay for the other and that will be $2300, I agreed and paid although in the contract if they can not fix it they should replace it. The new unit that they installed worked for 2 month and stopped. Service America had to replace a part and know they are telling me that I have an electric issue not covered by the contract and for replacing a wire they want additional $350, I said no and that where the dispute falls. They will not answer any calls I left numerous messages they keep sending me to someone else, it's not pretty, none the less I want them to take there faulty A/C back and refund my money since the one I have does not work. And that is falling on def ears. To be continued...
