I purchase an Alarm system with protect america and agreed to a (2) years contract about a year later they told me that I agreed to a (3) year deal. I told them I would never have agreed to that, I have ask them end my contract, Now they are telling me that it my wife name on the contract my wife told a rep she does not know any thing about any deal with them. Her exact words were you were dealing with my husband. If her name is on the contract why? Again why? Are they going in my bank account an taking moneys out each and every month.
I have ask them to stop debting my account if I'm not the one on the contract but they keep doing it. Also I've had no service in the last 2 1/2 month Nobody from protect america will contact me I've ask them for help with this. I have ask them to send me copy of my contract have never receive one. Also I ask them to show me where I agreed to a verbel contract by phone send me or let me listen to a recording they said they have and keep in a record for each customer. They have not purduce either why because it not true I never agreed to these things they are saying.
