The discs were a long time arriving and when they did arrive we immediately noticed they were copied from WGN a network in Chicago. As my husband began to view them he came across distorted and defective throughout discs. On Disc 10 it is a 2 part show and there is not a second part either on disc 10 or disc 11. Disc 12 and 13 are the same discs. I contacted this company 4 times by phone. I asked for a supervisor to call me back and they said the supervisor would call within the hour. Didn't happen. I called back and 2 separate times I was told a new set of "Better" discs would be sent to me. Never happened. I have sent several emails, asking for a refund, none have ever been replied to.
My order number was 114983 and I ordered them on May 16. The discs I ordered was The Rockford Files, the complete Television series on DVD. The cost was $98.99 with $17.99 Shipping and handling. My total is $116.98
As of this time we just want our money refunded which we have told the company. Of course no one has ever contacted us, yet they say "We are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of customer service."
