Processing of e-gift card orde

I place an order for two e-gift cards on 9 Oct 13, for my grand-daughters birthday. I was called immediately by the Carters.com to verify the order and the email address that I was having the e-gift cards sent, which I did, because the email address was my daughter's email. My credit card authorized the payment immediately, so all I needed was a confirmation email from Carters.com to inform me the 3-gift cards had been sent.

Bottom line, I've called Carters.com customer service everyday to get information on why my order would never get out of processing, and no answer was ever given, except I would get an email when the order was sent.

It is now 14 Oct 13, and the order is still in processing status, and I keep getting the same answer just wait and I will get an email once the order has been sent. At this point, I could have gone to the Carters store bought the gift cards and walked them to NC from VA faster.

I have cancelled my order and will never use Carters.com again.
