Horrible, horrible, horrible. I placed an order for three gift cards each in the denomination of $50. It wasn't until a week and a half later that I found out the items were not available. I called to find out if my order had been received, i was told it had been, but that the items would not be available for at least another 10 business days. Fine. I needed that specific card. That was almost 2 and a half weeks ago. I finally got an email today telling me that they had shipped. Maybe I will get them by the end of August. I also tried to order gift cards to online merchant tigerdirect.com. Nope, dont have those either. Customer service was fine, but i had to call to find out that my order was not available. Hows sending me an email or something.
