I am VERY VERY VERY mad for the nasties customer service I have ever received if that is even that... I made a purchased online and another one at the NICE store where I always go and people are friendly and very helpful at the TOWERS in DAVIE Florida. However last night I had to go and return something at the SAWGRASS MILLS MALL in SUNRISE and it was AGAIN the worst experience in retail:
1. The Cashier or Manager or whatever her position is, Alicia is the nasties person I have had to deal with at carters, it si not the first time and I do not complaint or take the time to send an email but this time she completely fill the cup. I arrive before the were closing the store and had to wait for her to take my return of which I have the receipt, once she started to process the refund she ask for the debit card and I said it is cash, she said I have to put it on the card because I am closing resgisters, it was more of her attitute than anything else and I just decided to take the merchandise and tomorrow I will return it at the other store, including the online order I got today because she just made me so angry! The last time it was the same nasty attitute and the one before that she didnt even knowledge me and called the other store to be sure I was not stealing anything!!! I even went back and complaint at the store in Davie where I always show.
I AM SO MAD I am writting this email which I never do because I just consider this events to be not worthy of the time to write and complaint about it. I am retuning everything I have in my possetion from carters and I really do not wish to go back to the NASTY CARTERS STORE at SAWGRASS because of the way Alicia lacks any customer service.
I will be returnung everything tomorrow at the store in Coral Ridge. Thank you for ruining my night.
