I went to your store to purchase a pair of boots for the new fall/winter season. Upon entering, the sales person was on the phone and I could hear her cursing! I am sure it was a personal call and I can't believe she was ignoring me! I found a boot that I wanted and after waving to her and mentioning I wanted to try it for what seemed like ten minutes, she finally went to the back to get my size. When she returned she put the box on the floor and walked away to continue her phone call. I decided that I really liked the boots and could care less about the rude service so I went to the counter to pay. As I handed the girl money, a man walked in and came behind the counter and kissed her! All while I was making my purchase! I asked her for the manager and she said "I'm the boss here. I can do what I want it's great!" How unprofessional! You really need to figure out what is happening in your stores and I will be sure to let the local news and public media know about this. As I was leaving I asked for her name, she said "Pamela". I don't even know if that was true. I could also hear her say "stupid b... Wanted to interrupt my phone call to but the ugliest boots in our store." I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING!!! Please do something bc I love your store but if you have people like this representing you, I'm going to Steve Madden!
The receipt info shows numbers I think it means store number 3323. I was in Danbury CT at Spring store.
