I went to eat with the family to steak and shake in melbourne I was over charged by the mananger she stated she would correct it, my first charge was 48.00 then the second charge was 35.00, and I was told the 48.00 would be credited to my account, I checked 2 days later no refund, I called Don the general manager stated it would take 7 days at least that is what his other customers have told him. I waited 14 days nothing, I called back Don stated to take it up with my credit card and dispute the charges??? I am now taking him to small claims.
