In may i had a permanent lip liner done by marie cutrer in tempe. She was 2 hours late and i ended with bleeding swollen lips and a herpes like rash in my lips and pain for 4 weeks. I called her and she said this is expected and the liner will show up in 6 weeks. After 2 months i called her that the permanent makeup was non existent and i need a refund. She denied me a refund or exchange for another service. I demanded to see her but she declined. I text her several times but she has several excuses from out of town, that my body rejected it, or i did not follow instructions. I texted her several times to this date she has not responded. She is the worst permanent cosmetologist (?) i have encountered. Her place was not presentable and there was no equipment in sight but in her purse like "a fly by night business" that i won't go back to her for anything. She also convince me not to get the groupon and just pay her directly for the groupon price. Now i know! Why? Public beware!!!
