PGW is unable to put me into the program because of a "technical problem" per email exchanges. The tenant had not paid the bill and I was threatened with a lien. I contacted Mr. Rosario. He acknowledged there was a problem and I would be considered a part of the program. He claimed he prevented the issuance of the lien. I asked for something in writing but nothing has been provided. Now, another lien threat has been issued. I contacted him again and faxed him the latest correspondence as requested. I have emails for perusal. I would like my property to be put into the program or something in writing to prevent a lien.
