BMS Law advertises online to do permanent mortgage modifications. They request $3000.00 up front, which is against Ca. State law and Mn state law, which I found out after I had authorized the money to them. They did no permanent modification and no refund, but kept the money fraudulently. They have no lawyers working for them, as verified by the state bar association of Ca. State law says no one can charge up front fees till the modification has been completed. Jeannie, Mpls, Mn.
