Please may I register a complaint regarding the two companies based in Bridgend, Loan Options and Website Loans who despite communication via telephone and by email have refused to give me my money back that they have taken from me online in an internet scam where they pretend to give you a loan and then take a ‘membership fee’ when applying for the loan. They have refused to give money back despite the 14 day cooling off period under 2004 regulations.
Website loan is threatening to take £69 and Loan options have take £64.76 from my account without authorisation.
Please would you kindly investigate this robustly and take action against this firm as it is very clear that they have conned hundreds of people who are vulnerable and nothing is being done about it.
