Thought I was getting a loan with loan options told me to put my details in only to find they had taken £64.76 out of my bank and they didn't even give me a loan they sent me an application from smile finance with my details already in the marked fields and they took £26 out of my bank still no loan it's a con I didn't know they would take money as I needed a loan because I haven't got money asked loan options for a refund they will only pay back £30 as £34.76 is a membership fee I don't want to be a member I just want it cancelled and my money back
