I was led to this website promised of a free trial by being invited. I put in my credit card info, stupid me. I found out later there is no place to login to my newly created account to remove my card and my name from the website. I had to call my CC company and they replaced the money lost. However, they could not put a stop on future payments. On the card bill they are listed as USERCARTS.com GBR. I looked online and just found an email address based in the US with two proxies and probably can be reached.
I can't believe the website does not allow you to login. It gave information to contact after you signed up but that is it. You would think you should be able to login and close your account thus not writing down the information to contact the website. Please help to close my account!
