My account manager told me I had 2 insured trades, and after specifically asking if it would count as a bonus she clearly stated and reinforced that it would not be counted as a bonus, and that I could still withdraw funds. Needless to say that turned out to not be the case. I cannot withdraw funds, my account manager does not respond to my emails or Skype, and neither does support via email.
