I created a login account on Feb 6th and subscribed to a channel called CBN.intially no mails were sent to ackowledge that an account has been created, though on the website it confirmed that an account has been created. The credit card was also charged for $14.95 for the subscription.
Since Feb 7th, the website does not allow me to login, every time saying that the login account is incorrect, does not recognize my email address saying it does not exist in the database.
I filed a ticket, and the only thing they did was to send my account login and password which I anyways remembered and was entering correctly. But it continued to not allowing me to login. I entered a second ticket, saying that this situation persists and now I want to cancel the subscription together with a refund of my money. Once again the automated system created the ticket, but no response from Streambox.
These people do not have a contact phone number to call, neither do they show any physical address. The email address for support also does not respond to any of our emails.
They are cheaters and are ripping people off by blatant lies. They should be banned from operation and everyone like me (I am aware that there are many like me) should be refunded by streambox.
