I have recive a letter from them stateing i were a winner of a sweep state an for me to sind in a$20.00 fee for me to recive the money i have wone in i did so with a letter stateing i am a single parent i have no income i had to barrow that an can this pleas not be a scane due to the fact i have three children an i am a single parent with no income.
