I received this letter in the mail from Addleshaw, Bird and Mitchell, PBM congratualing me and stating that I have been confirmed as the winner of a cash award. The total sum of money to be paid to me was $2,997, 500.00. Before sending them my $20 fee I searched online and saw it was a scam. My reference number is 50078884026 and issue number is 003-879122. I think this company should have to pay for the dissapointment and emotional distress of belieiveing you are a winner of a prize only to find out it is a scam!!
