On or about the 23rd July I signed up on line for a 4 weeks trial offer of pureberrymax for £4.95. I gave all my banking information and personal details and a couple of weeks later the tablets were delivered. Around the 9th September £53.80 was earmarked for withdrawal on my on line banking account. So I trawled througn
the debit payments and discovered (to my horror) that it was a withdrawal for pureberrymax. The bank said the withdrawal had to take place; but they would refund my money and then put it into dispute wih the company. As of today (20th Sept) I have not been reimbursed from anyone. The phone number that pureberry issued to resolve matters is not in service so I sent an email which has also failed to be delivered. I have not received any more products from the company and so it was a very expensive 4 week trial. As far as I am concerned pureberrymax is a bogus company and the Online Advertisement should be removed and the owners prosecuted for taking money without authorisation from the account holder which to be blunt is theft plain and simple
